1. Customer deliver requirements of the products

2. Our R&D department will evaluate the possibility, if the buyer confirmed, we will ask the buyer send his required sample by express.

3. While we receive the sample and takes 3-7 days to check the function and feasible suggestion.

4. If accepted, we will quote the price and development time to the buyer.

5. If the buyer confirm the project, we will spend 15-35 days to complete the 1st sample, which includes the new mould and the new software development.

6. While all the details are confirmed, we can start the production.

7. We accept to print the customer’s logo into the product, and also accept to print the color box under the buyer’s brand name.
